Employee Benefits: Long Term Disability Plan

The MCC offers a Long Term Disability (LTD) Plan through UNUM Life Insurance Company of America for the employees of all participating units throughout the Ecclesiastical Province of Detroit. This plan is designed to assist an employee who is disabled from work for a period in excess of 180 days and whose disability is not work related.

Unit participation in this program is optional at the discretion of the pastor, principal, administrator or governing authority. Premiums for this program must be paid by the employer. No individual employee payment is permitted.
